Chancery Office  

These are the approved procedures for re-opening the chancery offices for her employees, and with very limited access to the general public. 

The Chancery Office will continue to be limited to the public in the following manner: 

1. Official opening on May 26, 2020 – after Memorial Day weekend. 
2. The hours of operation for the Chancery Office are Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. The other extra hour will be dedicated to space cleaning and sanitizing the offices.  
3. The door at the entrance will continue to remain closed, in the first phase – for May, June and July 2020 to minimize exposure, and for cleaning and sanitizing purposes, as people might get in, however we indicate through a paper that the bell needs to be rang for service from the office or deliveries. 
4. All packages deliveries should be left outside of the main doors. We will take care of bringing them inside.
